Description:

Case management services provided for adults, adolescents, and children. For adults, services help manage mental health care and encourage independence in the community by providing services such as housing, medication monitoring, obtaining benefits, parent-child interaction, marriage counseling, group therapy, and other daily living issues. Co-occurring Disorders Case Management services also offered in Anderson and Campbell Counties. For children, case management is a voluntary partnership between the child, the parents, and the case manager, designed to improve the child's social, educational, emotional, and behavioral situations through advocacy, referral and direct support.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Administrative hours. Hours vary by location.
Mobile Crisis Office 24/7.

Intake Process:

Call (865) 882-0410 - appointment only. Referral by physician/therapist/or request by client.

Program Fees:

Sliding scale/TennCare/Medicaid/Private Pay - no one is refused service by their inability to pay.

Eligibility:

No one is denied services.
