Description:

Case management services provided for adults and children. For adults, services help manage mental health care and encourage independence in the community by providing services such as housing, medication monitoring, obtaining benefits and other daily living issues. Co-occuring Disorders Case Management services also offered in Anderson and Campbell Counties. For children, case management is a voluntary partnership between the child, the parents, and the case manager, designed to improve the chid's social, educational, emotional, and behavioral situations through advocacy, referral and direct support.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Administrative hours;
24/7 for the Hospital

Intake Process:

Call (865) 482-1076- appointment only. Referral by physician/therapist/or request by client.

Program Fees:

Sliding scale/TennCare/Medicaid/Private Pay - No one is refused because of their inability to pay.

Eligibility:

No one is denied services.
