Lake County Office: Mondays 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (closed for Monday holidays)
Intake Process:
Call (800) 587-3854 to schedule intake appointment or 800-372-0693 for adult crisis emergency services; main office is in Jackson, TN; can provide foreign language interpreter with prior notice. Obion county office staff works in the Tiptonville office on Mondays.
Program Fees:
Sliding-scale fee is based on income; also accepts private insurance; will help patients apply for TennCare.
