Description:
Community mental health center services include outpatient care, crisis intervention, group and individual counseling, case management, medication management, and psychiatric treatment for adults and adolescents.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; by zoom or by phone - must call for appointment
Intake Process:
Call (800) 587-3854 to schedule first-time intake appointment or 800-372-0693 for adult crisis emergency services; main office is in Jackson, TN; can provide foreign language interpreter with prior notice. Dyersburg office staff works in the Tiptonville office on Mondays.
Program Fees:
Sliding-scale fee is based on income; also accepts private insurance; will help patients apply for Safety Net- TN Department of Mental Health.
