If you or a loved one has had or is at risk for a overdose, please contact us at 423-956-1893 or visit our website at www.sullivanOD.org. We will help guide you through the recovery process.
For people with opioid use disorder or an opioid overdose, we can provide information on:
Treatment plan
Access to treatment
Recovery support coach
Recovery group
Temporary housing
Stable housing
Social Services
Medication Assisted Treatment
Naloxone kit
Employment help
This project is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.)
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but often answers after-hour calls.

Eligibility:
Resident of Sullivan County who has had a recent overdose or is at risk for a overdose.
