A free 8-session course taught by trained family members designed specifically for adult caregivers of adults diagnosed with disabilities including: Anxieties, Bipolar Disorder, Co-existing disorders such as substance abuse, Depression, Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Schizophrenia. Classes meet from 6:30pm - 9:00pm.
