Outpatient mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring programs for children, adolescents, and adults. Case management services (home/community-based services) are also available. Case management supports treatment goals and provides linkage to community resources.

The Behavioral Health Safety Net (BHSN), which is a TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services program, provides essential outpatient mental health services to uninsured and underinsured Tennesseans, both adults and children.
