The Next Door offers a full continuum of care for women dealing with drug and alcohol addiction. For women struggling with addiction, The Next Door is a treatment program that offers care for substance use and co-occurring disorders in a faith-based and compassionate setting to empower women for lifetime recovery. Every substance use disorder is unique and in order to meet the individualized needs of each woman, the agency provides different levels of care. The Next Door offers a full continuum of care for women dealing with drug and alcohol addiction.

Program Fees:
The Next Door is committed to providing quality addiction treatment to any woman in need of services ! regardless of her economic resources. The agency works with most major insurance providers, including all TennCare policies. Private pay rates and state grant funding are also available.
Eligibility:
The Next Door serves women who are 18 years and older who have an addiction to a substance or a co-occurring substance use and mental health disorder.

Description
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a person-centered recovery program designed for those in early recovery. Our mental health therapists and Certified Peer Recovery Specialists provide psychoeducation on relapse prevention, co-occurring disorders, relationships, gender-specific issues, and resiliency. Clients are empowered to use this information to establish a personalized skillset for their recovery.

Description
Provides medically-monitored detoxification to assist with the withdrawal process from opiates, benzodiazepines, alcohol and sedatives. Clients are treated until signs and symptoms of withdrawal have resolved. The average length of stay is approximately three to five days.

Description
Clients in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) receive intensive day treatment from mental health therapists and Certified Peer Recovery Specialists that focus on co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. During our on-site PHP program, staff empower women to create healthy habits and apply new coping skills in their home environment.
