Description:
Provides outpatient substance use treatment for all substance use disorders that can include Medication Assisted Treatment. Offers an integrated care model includes physician visits, counseling sessions, and coordination of recovery support services. Can help with dual diagnoses. Medication assisted treatment may include suboxone, vivitrol, or sublocade.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
Walk in or call to schedule an appointment. Offers same or next day appointments on week days. Requires state issued photo ID and insurance card if applicable.
Program Fees:
Offers a flat monthly rate for all services, including labs. Accepts private insurance and Medicaid/TennCare.

Persons 18 and older who need substance use disorder treatment
