Description:
Restored Shay Locomotive on the site as well as a Frick Steam Engine. A collection of railroad and lumber company artifacts telling the story of the beginning of Townsend through the present day tourism based community is on display.

Open May 1 - Oct. 31 daily. Mon-Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Open Dec - March by appointment only
Open on weekends in April and November: Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
