Maintains house in downtown Memphis on Underground Railroad route where runaway slaves sought refuge during flights north. Tours/programs available for the museum. Museum is temporarily closed due to fire. Still closed as of June 2024. Information available by calling.
Hours:
Summer Hours: June 1 through August 31: Tue - Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm;
Winter Hours: September 1 through May 31: Tue - Sat 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Program Fees:
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED; CALL IN ADVANCE. ADMISSION: $12.00/Adults; $10.00/Children ages 4-17; $11.00/College Students and Senior Citizens; Group Rates: $11.00/Adults;$8.00/Children ages 4-17; $10.00/College Students and Senior Citizens.
