Description:
A truly unique museum which houses an impressive history exhibit featuring artifacts from Tipton County, its military contributions, and an environmental nature center depicting the unique ecosystem of West TN. The Museum is contained on a 20-acre wildlife sanctuary with a ½ mile walking trail and a wetlands study area surrounded by a natural forest. The Museum hosts lectures throughout the year, including a gardening series every Saturday in February and October, a Veteran of the Month program every 2nd Tuesday of the month (Jan. thru Nov.) at 6:30 pm, trivia and game nights, genealogy classes and much more. A conference room is available for rental for up to 48 people, and the Museum also offers various children's educational activities and programs, perfect for field trips and homeschoolers, and has a gift shop with items made locally.

Program Fees:
The Museum is FREE to visit but does offer memberships to help maintain the Museum. Membership Fees: $25.00/Single Person, Seniors (55 & older) or Military Family; $30.00/Family; Contributors $50.00; Philanthropists $100.00; Benefactors $200.00; Please call for Corporate Sponsorship rates; School field trips are charged $5.00/child and must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Memorial Bricks are available for honoring military service, loved ones, friends or businesses $100/brick.
