Description:
Addresses blight in Memphis neighborhoods through grounds maintenance that includes controlling weeds and grass on privately owned properties. The office houses Ground Services personnel and addressed citizen disputes regarding weed or related mitigation charges. Environmental Enforcement address illegal dumping and used tire shop violations. Code Enforcement addresses structural and non-structural code violations, Memphis City Beautiful works with the community for a clean, green, beautiful Memphis through volunteering and engagement.
