Offers Assisted Living apartments. Services include staff checking on residents every 2 hrs, assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming, emergency response system, and supervision of medications. Serves anyone from Tennessee who meets the eligibility requirements.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Concierge is on staff 24 hrs/day - 7days/wk.
Intake Process:
Walk-In or call (423) 581-7075. Licensed nurse will conduct a comprehensive assessment before each resident moves in to ensure that they provide individualized care specific to the individual's needs and lifestyle preferences.
Program Fees:
Rental fees dependent on apartment style. There is an extra charge for the Assisted Living Apartments; those fees are based on the amount of services the resident requires.

Senior citizens/elderly in need of residential assistance.
