Provides a central intake point for persons or families facing a housing crisis in Rutherford County. Persons and families facing homelessness can find housing resources like emergency shelters, rent & utility help, transitional housing and Rapid Rehousing through the community Coordinated Entry system, Access Rutherford, the coordinated entry system for Rutherford County. Several agencies serve as potential shelters or offer resources for those in a housing crisis. The agencies who assist with housing resources are Barnabas Vision, Community Helpers of Ruthford County (CHORC), Salvation Army of Rutherford County, Stepping Stones Safe Haven, The Journey Home and Volunteer Behavioral Health PATH program for persons on the street already and SSVF programs for veterans.
