Description:
Breastfeeding class taught by a Lactation Consultant which covers the initial steps to successful breastfeeding, uses for breastpumps and other supplies. Mother also receives a book, Nursing Mothers Companion. Classes are taught in the Prenatal Classroom at Gateway on the first Tuesday of every month from 7-9pm.
Intake Process:
Call 931-551-1182 to register for class.
Program Fees:
Cost for the class is $25 if the mother would like the book, Nursing Mother's Companion, and $15 if the mother does not want the book.
Eligibility:
Any expectant mother.
