Description:
Seven group homes: Three in Nashville and four in Memphis. Community homes help older children (ages 14-18) - some with developmental delays - learn independent living skills and integrate into the community. Children usually attend public school and often hold a job.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Intake Process:
Must call Central Intake in Nashville at 615-250-7200 to be screened for services.

Children ages 14-18 who are unable to live in their paternal home .
