Services include diabetic foot care, optometry, drug screenings, geriatric care, health/nutrition education, immunizations and vaccinations, primary health care for children and adults, and WIC certification.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Walk-ins welcome. To qualify for sliding-scale fees, must show verification of income and residence. Call for details.
