Provides transitional specialists who provide youth with jobs matching interests and aptitudes, independent living skills counseling, housing search assistance, money management skills, education search assistance, clothing for job interviews, and daily living assistance such as transportation to grocery stores and banks. Program is for persons ages 18-22 who are transitioning out of the foster care system is called LifeSet program.
