Description:

Provides LIHEAP and emergency utility assistance, distributes USDA commodities, and provides Head Start programs for 3-4 year olds. Also offers rental payment assistance through CSBG Community Service Block Grant. (Senior employment program formerly offered by this office is now handled by Northwest TN Human Resource Agency).
