NOTE: THIS SITE IS CLOSED FOR NURSING SERVICES AND IS ONLY PROVIDING WIC SCREENING AS OF 6/10/22; PERSONS SHOULD CONTACT THE HERNANDO HEALTH DEPT CLINIC AT 3212 HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH (662-429-9814) FOR APPOINTMENTS FOR OTHER SERVICES. Provides family planning, EPSDT (Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment program for children on Medicaid), children's medical program, First Steps early intervention programs (resources and therapy for children with special needs up to the age of three), perinatal services for women with high-risk pregnancies, tuberculosis screening treatment, HIV screening, WIC screening, immunizations (including flu shots), sexually-transmitted disease services and pregnancy testing at main county clinic in Southaven.
For birth control needs, customers will be referred to Hernando clinic until a nurse is hired for that program at this site.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; WIC screenings Mon - Fri; Wednesday appointments for other services
