Description:

Assists all clients seeking employment and clients seeking further education in job placement. Assists clients with filling out applications, producing a resume, preparing for an interview, job placement, and skills for maintaining a position. Clients that participate in the Human Services Program will successfully be ready for employment and will gain knowledge of what their strengths and weakness are in the workplace.

The primary focus for the Human Resource Department will be:
1. Assist individuals in career building skills
2. Assist individuals in career preparation and resume perfection
3. Provide classes for leadership and job performance
4. Assist individuals on continuing education
5. Ensure employment opportunities are Equal Opportunities
6. Provide ongoing evaluations of process, risks, goals, and outcomes

Hours:

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
