Description:

Provides primary care for non-insured, low-income individuals regardless of client's religious, ethnic or national background. Open every Sunday for general primary care and first and third Saturday monthly for women only care. Clinic Hours are Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Appointments must be made in advance by phone on Monday - Friday between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. People of all faiths are welcome. Urgent Care on Wednesday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Acute Care Clinic: Wed 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Mental Health service Clinic: twice a month
Gynecology Clinic: 4th Sat of each month

Program Fees:

$10.00/visit; cost for labs/$10.00 -$35.00; mental health services free

Languages:

Patients must bring their own translator for other languages

Non-insured, low-income individuals of any faith
