Assistance is not provided for deposits or reconnection fees. Assists with current bills at current residence only. Do not call or walk in the day of cut off. Assistance cannot be provided the day of cut off. If any false information is provided, no assistance will be received.

Must call to schedule an appointment; will need to fill out an application at time of appointment

Clients will need to bring a copy of their bill and a photo ID
