Provides a nine month mentoring program to develop leadership and other life skills for youth ages 5-18 in Memphis through workshops and community activities and events held at churches, schools and other organizations. Programs include My Leading Young Lady Leadership Mentoring Program (serves girls ages 8-18); My Leading Young Man Leadership Mentoring Program (serves boys ages 8-18); and My Leading Kids Leadership Mentoring Program (serves boys and girls ages 5-7).
