Provides child health care, immunizations for children and adults, primary care, family planning, Sexually Transmitted Disease control, tuberculosis control, nutrition education, WIC screening, Children's Special Services, prenatal care, screenings for children at risk of developmental delays through the HUG (Help Us Grow) program, birth and death certificates for the county, health education, environmental health programs with inspections and TennCare outreach.
Provides an urgent care center and medical clinic. Lauderdale County Health Dept is a walk-in clinic that is open after hours; patients may also book online.

Program Fees:
Accepts insurance including Medicaid, private and self-pay. Fees vary by service; some services are free; $15.00/copy for death certificates; $15.00/copy for birth certificates. Additional copies of the same record requested at the same time are available for $15.00/copy.
