Description:

NOTE: CALL OR CHECK WEBSITE FOR ALTERED COVID-19 HOURS; AS OF 5/26/22, THE FITNESS CENTER IS OPEN DAILY 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, BUT THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Provides health and wellness programs for youth and adults including aerobics, water aerobics, swimming lessons, snorkeling, scuba and canoeing classes, body sculpting, treadmill and abs class, and cardio boot camp for adults only. Also features a Senior Center on Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm which provides hot meals, exercise and other recreation classes, Bingo and transportation to and from the center for seniors and disabled persons in Tunica County, MS.

Intake Process:

CALL FIRST TO CHECK SCHEDULE DUE TO COVID-19. Walk in, call or visit website for information on programs;

Program Fees:

Adult classes are free to TCRC members or $5.00/session; youth classes are $15.00/12 class sessions. Yearly memberships are $90.00/individual or $150.00/family; no fee for senior center programs for those who qualify

Eligibility:

Anyone is welcome to use the center; to qualify for senior center programs, must be a Tunica County resident and be disabled and/or ages 60 and older
