Description:

Provides a variety of audiological services, including speech therapy for anyone with speech articulation and language disorders, even persons with no hearing impairments. MOSD emphasizes using no sign language and focuses on language and speech therapies. Clinic also offers assistance with cochlear implants, hearing aids and bone conduction devices. Free hearing screenings are offered to the public twice a year on selected dates. MOSD audiologists provide additional services for adults and children, including audiological testing, hearing aid programming and troubleshooting, real ear measurements, ear mold impressions and ear mold modification, OAE screening and tympanometry, preoperative assessment for cochlear implant candidacy and cochear implant mapping and troubleshooting and aural habilitation therapy (auditory training or listening therapy).

Speech Clinic and Audiology Clinic Hours (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY): Mon - Thu 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
