Description:

Provides outpatient behavioral health services, including mental health counseling services for children, adults and seniors. Specialized programs also available based upon specific eligibility criteria and funding, substance abuse programs for adults, as well as housing for the chronically homeless who have mental health issues.

Hours:

Mon, Tue, & Thu 8:00am - 4:30pm; Wed 8:00am - 5:30 pm; Fri 8:00am - 3:30pm

Intake Process:

Call for information; doors open for new clients at 8:00 am on a first-come, first-served basis; new applicants need to bring photo ID, insurance card (if applicable)

Program Fees:

Accepts TennCare, Medicare/Medicare dual (with TennCare as secondary form of insurance) and offers a sliding scale fee based on federal poverty guidelines for persons without insurance

Eligibility:

Children, adults and seniors in need of mental health services, especially persons or families in need of long-term plans for handling mental health issues, including counseling and management of medications
