Description:
Pathfinder is a statewide, multilingual disability information clearinghouse with a free statewide helpline and website that includes local, state, and national resources. A program of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities that also receives funding from Tennessee Council on Developmental Disabilities and the TN Departments of Health, Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (DIDD), Education, Human Services/Vocational Rehabilitation and Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Call, email (tnpathfinder@vumc.org) or use website. TTY users dial 7-1-1 for relay service.
