The Paws Program (Placing Animals with Seniors) places older adoptable animals with qualifying low income Knox County seniors age 60+,who do not currently own a pet and who live in a pet-friendly environment. Also provides pet food and temporary foster care in emergency situations. Provides veterinary or grooming assistance.
