NOTE: ADMISSION TO THE GARDEN AND MUSEUMS IS CURRENTLY FREE UNTIL 2024, BUT THIS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Nonprofit art museum and botanic garden with 17 acres of formal, woodland and cutting gardens; museum focuses on French and American Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, and related schools of artistic expression; 18th century German Porcelain (e.g., Meissen), French/Italian/English 18th and 19th century porcelain factories and a Pewter collection. Programs include musical concerts, horticulture workshops, studio art, educational programs for teachers, summer art outreach, college internships, numerous special exhibits and speakers. The Art to Grow van with instructors visit schools and other organizations bringing art and horticulture to children within a certain mile radius of the museum. The curriculum offered provides students with stimulating and creative experiences that teach art concepts and skills that meet the curricular needs of elementary students in the following areas: art, math, science and social studies. Each lesson includes a presentation on the topic and also a hands-on activity.

REGULAR HOURS: Tue - Fri 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; 3rd Thu 10:00 am - 8:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (Closed on Mondays)
