This organization provides housing and rental assistance to low income individuals or families. Clients must meet eligibility guidelines including having a low income and passing a criminal background check.

PROGRAMS:

ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM: ORHA administers a Family Self Sufficiency Program (FSS). The FSS Coordinator is Hollan Kasper, phone # 865-482-1006 x122 and email hkasper@orha.net.

HOUSING AUTHORITIES:

HOUSING DOWN PAYMENT LOANS/GRANTS: ORHA currently offers two different grant programs: HOME Rehabilitation Grant (for homeowners) and HOME Down Payment Assistance Program. The grant administrator is Jim Ratliff, phone # 865-482-1006 x137 and email: jratliff@orha.net.

LOW INCOME/SUBSIDIZED PRIVATE RENTAL HOUSING:

PUBLIC HOUSING: ORHA administers the Public Housing Program. The Public Housing Manager is Kari King, phone # 865-482-1006 x128 and email: kking@orha.net.

SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS: ORHA administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section-8). The Section-8 Manager is Terri Flynn, phone # 865-482-1006 x121 and email: tflynn@orha.net.
