Works with all community organizations in Frayser to keep the area clean and make it a better place to live.

Contact for meeting and event schedules. Executive Board usually meets at the Buddy McEwen Resource Center, (Frayser CDC Building) 3684 N Watkins Street, 38127 on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 pm; Office Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Program Fees:

Membership Dues: $10.00/year; $5.00/year for members of other Frayser organizations

Eligibility:

Frayser residents; boundaries of the neighborhood include the Mississippi River to the west; the Loosahatchie River to the north and the Wolf River to the south, with the eastern boundary at the Illinois Central Railroad line (IC); (this is the dividing line between Frayser and Raleigh communities).
