Provides hotline with advice and assistance for struggling homeowners wanting to stay in their homes. Assists clients seeking help with loan modification scams. Certified counselors will set up plans of action for callers at no cost and advise and support homeowners facing foreclosure, bankruptcy, or other threats to their homes. Most services are for homeowners, but the agency may also be able to refer renters to other agencies who provide rental assistance programs in their area.

Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 10:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 8:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 6:00pm; Eastern Standard Time; 24/7 Hotline & Voicemail

Call the hotline or visit website to schedule a call from a counselor or to sign up for an online counseling assessment. Website is available in English and Spanish; alternate website: greenpath.org
