Provides free air transportation for people needing non-emergency medical care away from home, camps for children and adults with serious medical conditions, and helps communities in times of natural disaster. This office covers Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Central Standard Time

Intake Process:

Patient, social worker, family resource person or a medical agency may call for medical and financial forms which can be faxed to the applicant; forms may also be downloaded from the website.

Program Fees:

No Fee

Eligibility:

Applicant must be ambulatory enough to enter and exit the aircraft, have a financial need and not require medical personnel or equipment during the flight.
