Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Complaints may be filed on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Call, check website or walk in for information; APPOINTMENTS PREFERRED; walk ins are accepted, but must arrive before 2:30 pm, any day except Wednesday (which is reserved for appointments only)
