Description:

Playhouse on the Square offers 15 performances a year on three stages.Offers theater education outreach and touring productions through each calendar year culminating with Summer Youth Theatre Conservatory. Each onstage production offers at least one pay-what-you-can performance per production plus other special discounts for various performances. Pay-what-you-can performances require advance registration and payment. Schedule of these performances is on the website. Theatre School classes include a variety of instruction in theatre-based skills, from tap dancing to playwriting. Special events, props and costume rentals are available to the public.

Fees vary by performance, programs or type of rentals; Summer Youth Conservatory Fees vary; some scholarships available. Pay-what-you-can productions are typically the first Thursday after a show opening. PWYC tickets go on sale the Thursday before and have to be purchased in person. PWYC dates vary during the December holiday season. Arts Access pass accepted.

Eligibility:

Summer Youth Theatre Conservatory is designed for school grades PreK - 12th grade. Performances, classes and rentals are open to anyone
