Journeys in Community Living - Disability Services

Description:

Provides community participation services, industrial training services, job training and placement services, special services, residential services and transportation services to adults with intellectual disabilities in both Rutherford and Cannon Counties.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call for assistance

Clients can receive services through a DIDD referral or through private pay. If going through private pay, call main office to schedule a consultation; if going through DIDD, call main office to receive help with the referral process.

Program Fees:

Fees vary, depending on situation and the program client is enrolled in; call for more information

Languages:

Translation services available, as needed

Eligibility:

Adults ages 18 and over who have an intellectual and/or developmental disability; must enroll in at least two programs at Journeys - cannot only enroll in one program.
