Provides dental clinic with dental care including exams, cleanings, sealings, extracts, limited periodontal treatment, restorations, dentures and partials, crowns and root canals.

Hours:

Dental Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pharmacy Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (closed 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for lunch)

Intake Process:

Call for appointment, beginning at 7:30 am. Bring photo ID, insurance card, medicine and child's shot records to each visit. If self-pay, new patients need to bring proof of income. Pharmacies are closed for lunch each day from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Refill requests from your pharmacy should be faxed to the clinic where you have been treated.

Program Fees:

Fees for users without insurance based on ability to pay. Dental care discounts range from 60%-75% depending on income and household size. For services requiring a lab, the fees include the cost of the lab and the discounted cost of the procedure. Accepts TennCare and most private insurance plans; deductible payment is expected at time of visit.
