Provides 24/7 hotline for assistance with any senior issue: abuse, neglect, housing, healthcare, mental health; part of the CCREA (Community Coordinated Response to Elder Abuse Initiative); Accepts calls from seniors, their caregivers or concerned others in the community on any senior issue. Community Coordinated Response to Elder Abuse (CCREA) is a program funded by the Plough Foundation in an effort to improve the protection of older adults in Shelby County by providing a coordinated response and link abused seniors to needed resources in the community.
