Description:
Provides security and support to young people, who are currently in or are transitioning from foster care, and other vulnerable youth through our programs: Foster Care, Independent Living and Youth Connections.
Services provided:
- Therapeutic foster care: Helps find loving, trauma informed foster families and a path to permanency for children, ages birth to 18.
- Supportive Housing: affordable apartments for young people ages 18-23 to live as they transition out of foster care system or are otherwise vulnerable.
- Resource Center - drop in center for youth 16-26 who are currently in or have been in foster care and other vulnerable young people. Services include financial education, workforce readiness, educational support for HiSET and online diploma programs, sexual health education and access to a clothing closet.

Walk in to the Youth Center, check website, or call for more information. Application process varies slightly by programs. Will need proof of being in foster care or state custody for some programs.
