Intake Process:
Call 615-383-2115 x100 to speak with an Intake Practitioner. New clients will be provided with a client portal address. Client will upload intake paperwork prior to their first session.
Program Fees:
$140/Hour. Income-based fee scale is available; client must provide proof of income.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Check website for volunteer opportunities. Volunteers are need for special events throughout the year. Also in need of community liaisons, congregational liaisons, and office assistants. Limited opportunities are also available for court-ordered community service.

$140/hour Sliding scale fees are also available to assist with cost. Will need proof of income if applying for sliding scale fees.
Intake Procedure
Must call to schedule an appointment. First-time clients will be provided a client portal address. Client will complete Intake paperwork and upload to the portal prior to first appointment.

Faith-based therapy provided via telehealth. Telehealth is the ability to perform normal counseling services via a phone or video call between a patient and therapist.
Hours
Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Limited evening and Saturday appointments are available based on individual therapist schedules.
