Provides a variety of services, including clothing assistance, a food pantry, funeral assistance, terminal illness program, and utility assistance. Additional help might be available as needed. Call for more information. Provides help to low income families in need in Macon County and a thrift store to raise funding for the agency. Provides food boxes to Macon County residents in need. Amount of food is dependent on family size. Can receive food box every 3 months. Additional emergency food boxes can be provided on case-by-case basis. Seniors over 62 can receive a food box every month. Provides utility payment assistance for Macon County residents, once per year with proof of hardship. Clothing available to Macon County residents once every 6 months. Also provides financial assistance for funeral services. Macon Helps will pay the last $500 of costs, after insurance and any other available assistance has been applied; must show proof of income.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm; Thursday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm; closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday
