Description:

Provides emergency financial assistance to survivors of domestic and sexual violence who have been impacted by COVID and are financially, mentally or physically impacted by their abuser/are in the process of fleeing violence, establishing safe housing or maintaining safe housing. The agency also regularly provides several different resources to people who have or are experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking. Services include an Emergency Assistance Fund Program, a Resource Library and an Immigrant Legal Clinic. Also provides educational workshops to the community.

      Description

      Provides legal aid to immigrants of TN who have or are experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking. Helps clients with immigration issues related to their victimization, including securing U-Visas. Will assist clients regardless of background, national origin, race, sexual orientation, gender, language, or immigration status.
