MHA is a non-profit organization that promotes mental health for all Tennesseans through advocacy, education, and services. Agency provide free programs, free referrals and online mental health screenings; and support including caregiver education, support groups and advice, suicide prevention and anti-bullying programs for student groups and mental health first aid training in suicide prevention (QPR and SOS programs) for first responders in Middle and West TN.

    Description

    Workshops and speakers are available to train at the workplace, civic club, congregation, youth classrooms, and professional organization on mental health topics. Erasing the Stigma: I.C Hope is a program that provides educational and interactive presentations for children and youth to address concerns such as bullying, body image and self esteem, stress and depression, and other mental health and wellness-related topics.
