Description:
Provides a specialized information line and website to help identify community resources for older people throughout the United States. The person gives their county, city, state, zip code, where they heard of the agency, and information concerning the elderly person they are calling for or uses the Elder Care Locater to find local resources. Referral will be made to the local area where the person lives.

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
