NOTE: AS OF 11/08/21, NO NEW APPLICATIONS WERE BEING ACCEPTED FOR THIS PROGRAM; HCD WILL ANNOUNCE WHEN APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AGAIN. KEEP CHECKING BACK WITH THE WEBSITE.
