Description:

Provides free commercial airline tickets to families in need of specialized, distant medical care and/or second opinions nationwide. Flight support is provided to children and adult patients at no cost to the family, as many times as necessary. Flight programs include domestic travel to US treatment facilities; also includes free flights to train and retrieve service dogs. Spanish speaking staff available.
