Description:
Provides Y facility in the Crosstown Concourse with cardio equipment, an extension free weight area, selectorized strength equipment, indoor walking track, group exercise workout, and personal training. Exercise classes include Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat, yoga, Pilates, Zumba and a cycling studio and special exercise classes for seniors. Site also offers on-site child watch and other special programs for children, youth and seniors. The Church Health YMCA is located off the West Atrium on the second floor and is also the entrance shared by the LEDIC Parcels Apartment Entrance. Child watch for the Y facility is located on the first floor. Additionally, the Church Health YMCA is home to SoulCity CrossFit, the only CrossFit affiliate located inside a YMCA. DTD Partner Agency.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 5:00 am - 8:00 pm; Sat 8:00 am - 6:00 pm; and Sun 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
